Membership Membership in Urban Search and Rescue is open to all U.S. citizens over the age of 18. Our membership is all volunteer, trained to a professional level. Training occurs on Sundays and Tuesdays. Currently, our membership is mostly K-9 handlers, but we are now ready to expand our base, and our needs for personnel are great. If you'd like to be involved in your community and make a difference, we're your group. If you like mysteries, we're your group. We are a diverse group of individuals, drawing membership from all areas of society and work experience. We're also a fun group, we often grill at drills, have birthday parties for our K-9's, and often help each other out. We're like a family, we try to keep things interesting and challenging.
